Yes! If you have a design/idea that is not featured on my store, I would be more than happy to work with you to make custom frames or ornaments. Or if you are looking for a one of a kind piece we can work together to design what you are looking for.

In addition, if you like any of my designs but would prefer a different size or a different color combination, please feel free to message me.

It depends on the size of the frame and the complexity of the design. Usually, small frames take 1-2 days and big frames take 5-6 days.

Yes, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us through email. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns/exchanges of custom designed products.

The frame size is shown in the description of products. However if you need a different size kindly email us at truptiscraft@gmail.com. Frames sizes are available in 5 by 7 inches, 6 by 6 inches, 8 by 8 inches, 8 by 10 inches, 9 by 9 inches, 12 by 12 inches, 6 by 14 inches, 9 by 20 inches, and 11 by 14 inches.
