Our shipping charges are standard USPS rates based on the weight of the product and the delivery time you choose on the checkout page.

There is no return or exchange on custom frames unless the product is damaged. The custom frames are specially designed for you and cannot be sold to anyone else. If the product is damaged kindly return it within 5 days. You can choose to either get a replacement or a full refund. Cancellation of an order must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
