This beautiful frame is made up of paper strips. I use 6.5 mm wide paper strips to make this frame. First, I did a border with strips. Then I made different scrolls with red strips and glued them.  For the dog, I rolled gold-colored strips, made different shapes with those, and then arranged and glued them on the board.
